Free Shipping
All orders are Free Shipping but customs clearance by yourself. You need make customs clearance in time (normally in one week when arrived), avoid unnecessary losses caused by goods being returned by customs.
All motorcycle fairings are brand new that need custom made to order and require manufacturing time (normally in 10-20 working days)

How long will delivery take?
Because to international orders, shipping times to your address will vary. The estimated time for your order is base on shipping method and country of destination.
Economy Shipping (10-20 days)
Standard Shipping (7-15 days)
Expedited Shipping (3-10 days)
Ocean Shipping (21-35 days)
The above is for the european and US and Australia. Others country will be longer.
Can I get my order faster?
Some items have expedited shipping options, you can choose with the express delivery options for your items.
**Please note: orders shipped with expedited delivery options are not eligible for Free Shipping.
Can I ship to a different address?
Absolutely! After you proceed to checkout, enter the address where you'd like your order delivered. Then, select the "no" button below, indicating the address you entered is not your billing address. Please enter your billing address at the next screen, and make sure it's the same address that appears on your monthly statement. For extra precaution and to avoid any possible delays with your order, you may want to notify your credit card company that you are shipping to an alternate address.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
We email this tracking number to you within 24-48 hours of your order shipping out, so you can easily track your package(s) to your door.
You can also retrieve a tracking number when you check your Order Status. If a tracking number is available, it will show in the "shipping status" column. Each tracking number is linked to the shipper's website for updated package status and estimated delivery date.
A tracking number may not be available for your order if the item shipped in 24-48 hours, it normally need 2-5 days to release on internet.

Eligibility for Returns:
Customers can return products within 30 days of receipt.
We accept only unopened packages (unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags intact).
Non-Returnable Items:
NewFairings does not accept return of kits based on color mismatch due to OEM.
NewFairings can not accept a return of kits that have already been fitted to a motorcycle.
Return Process:
Initiate the process by completing a Customer Support ticket.
We strive to respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours.
Once approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address.
Refunds:
Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
We deduct a $150 re-stocking fee for orders.
Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund after receiving the returned product.
Note: Some banks may take longer to reflect the refund. If the refund doesn’t appear after 14 working days, kindly contact your bank or credit card company.
Replacement:
In the unfortunate event of receiving defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we offer full replacements at no additional charge.
No need to send back the original parts; feel free to utilize them until the replacement parts are in your hands.
To request a replacement, submit a Customer Support Ticket. We’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours.
Shipping:
Customers bear all costs for return shipping, if international this includes any taxes and fees.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Ensure your return items are sent via a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Products should be returned in their original packaging.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a $100 cancellation fee.
Beyond 24 hours for a $150 cancellation fee.
Special Circumstances:
No returns for color mismatches relative to OEM.
Once fitted, fairing kits are non-returnable.
Our 100% fitment and paint guarantee stands firm.
To benefit from our fitment guarantee, ensure a professional motorcycle repair facility installs the fairing kits. We may request proof of such installation during the support claim process.

AnswerWe use high-quality motorcycle paint and strictly follow professional painting procedures for every fairing piece with sufficient processing time.
Production of the fairing kit takes 10–20 working days (excluding weekends), depending on the design complexity. After shipment, delivery will take another 10–20 days.
We will send you the tracking number once your order ships. Please note: It usually takes 2–5 days for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created. After that, you can track the parcel and wait for delivery normally.
Once your order is placed, please allow 10–20 working days (excluding weekends) for production. All fairings will go through our full molding and professional painting process. We will update your order status immediately once production is finished.
Please note that we do not provide progress updates during manufacturing, as frequent checks will slow down our production schedule.If you have not received any status update after 21 working days, feel free to contact us anytime.
If shipping to the USA, Australia or Singapore, there will be no extra customs tax.
For orders to Europe, Canada and the UK, customs fees will apply: approximately $30–$80 USD per full fairing kit.Once your package arrives at the destination, the local post office will contact you to pay the customs charge. They will deliver your parcel to you after you finish customs clearance.

Yes, we do sell single individual fairings for you. Please first check the "Need independent fairing" box on the product page. You can then select each separate part there, such as the front upper fairing, left clutch side fairing, right brake side fairing, front fender, rear tail fairing, tank cover and seat cover. For any other parts not listed, please contact us for a custom quote.

Our painting is not done according to official color codes, so full color consistency with your existing fairings cannot be fully ensured. We will try our best to match the color tone as closely as possible. It would be very helpful if you could send us reference photos for our painting team.

A race bike is a road motorcycle modified for track use.
We can manufacture race fairings base on road fairings, that you can racing on the track.
We will close the headlight holes, tail light holes, turn signal holes and rear mirror mounting holes. We can also add race numbers according to your requirements. For some models, we can modify the double passenger seat design to passenger seat as well.

Our fairings are aftermarket ABS parts. They are manufactured from high-quality ABS plastic and are not OEM products. In terms of material quality, they are fully comparable to OEM standard.
